These terms govern your use of this website. By browsing it, submitting an enquiry, or otherwise using it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
They apply to the website only. Consulting work is governed by the engagement contract signed for that work, and inside an engagement that contract takes precedence over anything written here.
This site is published by Stage 3 Consulting, a strategy, research and analytics consultancy. Fieldwork is run through a nationwide interviewer and recruiter network covering all key cities of Pakistan.
The registered legal entity behind the site, and the address it is registered at, are published here once confirmed.
You may read the site, and print or download extracts, for your own reference or internal business use — provided you do not alter them and you keep the attribution intact.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice, and we do not undertake that it will always be available or uninterrupted.
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this site — its text, structure, photography, diagrams, code and design system — belongs to Stage 3 Consulting or is used with permission.
That includes the Optimal Line, the racing-line device used throughout the site as its visual signature, together with the Stage 3 name, wordmark and logo. Nothing on this site grants a licence to use any of them.
You may quote a short extract with clear attribution and, online, a link back to the page it came from. Reproducing the content commercially, republishing it as your own, or using our marks in your own branding, product or marketing requires our written permission.
Nothing on this site is professional advice. These pages describe how we work, what we can do and how we think about problems. They are not a recommendation for your organisation, your market, or the decision in front of you.
Advice from Stage 3 exists only inside an engagement — a defined scope, agreed under a signed contract, with the data, assumptions and limitations set out in the deliverable itself. Until that is in place, nothing you read here, including any framework, method or figure described, should be relied on as the basis of a business, financial, legal, regulatory or investment decision.
Where the site describes experience or capability, it describes work that has been done. It is not a forecast of what a future programme will produce for you.
The site may link to organisations, publications or platforms we do not control. Those links are for convenience. We do not endorse what sits on the other side of them, and we are not responsible for their content, their security or their handling of your data — their own terms apply the moment you leave this site.
This site also loads a small number of third-party resources, such as web fonts, in order to render correctly. What that means for your data is set out in the Privacy notice.
The site is provided as it stands. We take care to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, free of error, or continuously available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stage 3 Consulting is not liable for loss or damage arising from reliance on the content of this site, from its unavailability, or from any third-party site reached through it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Liability arising from consulting work is dealt with in the engagement contract for that work, not here.
If you use the site in breach of these terms, and that breach causes a claim, demand, cost or loss to Stage 3 Consulting, you agree to be responsible for it — to the extent it follows directly from your breach.
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of the use of this site, are governed by the law stated below, and the courts named there have jurisdiction.
We may revise these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your use of the site, so please check it when you return. Where a change is material, the date it took effect is recorded at the top of this page.
